應鐵進.jpg    應鐵進,教授,博士生導師。中國園藝學會采后分會理事,浙江省食品學會常務理事,浙江大學食品科學與發酵工程研究所副所長。1982年于浙江農業大學獲農學士學位;1985年于菲律賓大學(UP Los Banos)獲食品與營養碩士學位; 1998年于浙江大學獲博士學位。自1985年起從事果蔬成熟與衰老的分子生物學、品質生理與技術以及冷鏈物流方面的教學和科研工作。1996-1997年為英國諾丁漢大學BBSRC 植物基因調控研究室的訪問學者。
    主要研究方向包括果蔬運輸生理適應性、植物激素乙烯的信號感受與轉導、果蔬質構與品質的生理與分子生物學、非化學保鮮手段的生理學基礎、冷鏈物流技術與裝備等。主持國家科技支撐計劃、863計劃、國家自然科學基金和浙江省重大專項等等20多項科研項目主要研究方向包括果蔬運輸生理適應性、植物激素乙烯的信號感受與轉導、果蔬質構與品質的生理與分子生物學、非化學保鮮手段的生理學基礎、冷鏈物流技術與裝備等。主持國家科技支撐計劃、863計劃、國家自然科學基金和浙江省重大專項等等20多項科。已發表論文104篇,其中SCI收錄27篇, EI 收錄8篇。編寫論著9本。獲國家科技進步二等獎一項,浙江省科技進步獎多項,獲得發明專利多項。
